Want a real Lego set designed by Dave?

Would you like to be able to purchase a LEGO SET designed by me? Well, first you and 9,999 other people have to support it over at LEGO CUUSOO. It's a giant, 500-piece Space Station designed to evoke the "Classic Space" look of 1978-1980, when the world was basically a better place all around. Go check it out and click "SUPPORT!"

I know, I'm like a 9-year-old.

I want one.But i can't pay via paypal,no paypal in my country :'(

Dave responds:

This would be an actual Lego model sold by Lego themselves! You would buy it directly from their mail order service, assuming the set ever actually got made...

Wow this brings back sweet childhood memories to me. I remember the "oldschool" lego space theme back then when I was small. Grenpa gave me a lot of lego and the space theme was my favorite. I even have a lego figure as a thalisman in my trusty old bag. Nice work, Dave!

My father stole some of those little red dots (from the launchpad) - he made glowing nipples for his license plate lights. Miss those translucent yellow plates and the whole scheme of colors from then.

Say, RAB 23 never made it to your collection page.
You're big boy, you call it in.
