Oh my God. The hilarity of the wordplay "Mother In LOL" in itself is worth praise

i'm not sure i got it right... so, the sweet old lady had to pay for stuff, but then she got all black eyes? why? did somone punch her in the eyes? because that'd be a shame, 'cause she seemed so nice and sweet. :(
