RAB & Garmin shenanigans!

Hey! Do you know anyone who's got one of them there fancy-ass Garmin navigator GPS doodads? Maybe you yourself even have one in your car. Well, if ya DO, wouldn't you like Hamster from RAB to actually be in the damn thing, as a custom 3D avatar, driving around in a white Lamborghini Countach go-kart?!

So.... you might just have to check out Garmin's new contest & vote for me... I'm a finalist. The winner gets their avatar concept as a downloadable custom avatar for all time. That's right, you can make sure Hamster smears up Garmin with delicious chocolatey go-kart skidmarks by simply GOING HERE and selecting "Jamster" as your pick of the litter. You can only cote once, but you can also tell your friends to vote too!

For some reason I read this as "who the fuck wants vagina as their avatar," and I almost choked on my pot pie.

And it got me to thinking... I would seriously love a great big floating vagina on my Garmin. Wee-hawwww! Even routine trips to Kohl's to buy sweatpants become serious fucking adventure with a floating vagina leading you there.

OK, one of you geniuses needs to figure out a way to hack the Garmin to accept custom 3D artwork. At no point will I ever be able to submit a picture of a vagina to one of their contests and expect to win anything more than an hour of wasted effort...

I think all of the concepts themselves are great. Maybe the execution is a bit "MEH" on a few, but whatever, it's the idea that counts. And besides, Garmin needs a larger, more well-rounded pile of vehicles for people to choose from... maybe they should start by just doing all 20 contest ideas. What's not kickass about an ice cream truck avatar, or a UFO. or even a dang slice of pizza?

That shit's not as kickass as Hamster in a Lamborghini, but still...

These Garmin navigators are useful and all, and I'd been pretty lucky to have one when I got lost a while back.

The only thing I wish I knew was how to turn that annoying ass lady's voice down, it literally ruins any trip. Having a RAB in there would make it oh so bearable though, I have no doubts you'll win.

The thing that gets to me is when I'm on a highway, like say, Route 84 West, and Garmin voice-lady keeps telling me "in a quarter mile, follow I-84 West" every single time there's an exit to a different highway.... wish there was a setting to just tell me when to exit... I think I can figure out that I should stay on my current route until then & not be reminded every half mile...

Blah blah, life is so hard, etc.
